• Very poor product, worst service by flipkart

  The cooler didn't even start. After repeated complaints to flipkart and filing return request nothing happened. Every time a call center person from flipakrt makes a call, says sorry and and reads a well prepared script stating there is some technical due to which they can't forward the request to the seller. Due to whatever may be the internal issues the customer has to bear the brunt. So the current state is I am unable to use the product, flipkart is not giving back my money even after logging a return request within the permissible timelines and they are not taking back the product.

  The cooler seems to be good, but flipkart delivered a defected piece. The speed button is not working. The cooler only runs on high speed, medium and low option is not working.
