  I have had this product two years and a month after installation it broke down and was unusable for a considerable amount of time, that was also just before the monsoon when I really needed the AC. It has just broken down again, the technicians who came today are stating the same reason (a main PCB board), the technicians that came seemed to have no idea and if it is the case it is the same issue and the same thing has happened twice then surely it points to an issue with something else putting pressure on the main board (as it has managed to break two of them in 2 years. I bought Hitachi as I had previously owned products from the same company and I thought they would be a reliable product but my time with the AC unit has changed my view. Even while it was working I had to call technician for leaking, also the directional filter is also not working and the remote is also not working.
