  Few things every one should know1. Symphony has good customer care with alot of customers so if you are in remote area or far from service they will take some time please do plan accordingly what I mean by that is raise a setup request 2 days prior to ur delivery and service is like charm2. Service guys are not well trained but can do stuff use your engineering minds to get it job well done3. Buy from know vendor like I did from cloud tail there are alot of fake stuff going on trust me I have seen stuff so if you have to pay a little more and u get a good vendor grab it4. Amazing thought out product I really don't know why people have rated it so low it does what is been advertised5. Best for small rooms not so effective for big rooms make sure you have alot of ventilation for the air to be sucked I love it

  Nice product but problem is need to maintain minimum water level , and in office space not possible to upload water on timely basis other wise products was awesome
