  Service is very poor. Service support is very bad and the company is also not taking any necessary action againt service point. No body giving any positive response for customer complain niether dealer nor company.

  Never buy Hitachi AC. Product reliability is absolutely not thereservice is worst. AC life is just 2 yrs after that company is missing. They cheated me 12500/- and never picked my phone really wrost service.

  Hitachi is cheating with their customers. During free service they are not resolving problems and after a year asking visit charge and says this part is not in a warranty so you have to pay. This is too much. Do not buy
