Good & prompt delivery

Laptop has superb Battery Despite Having an AmD processor. Heating isn't very much and hence it does not automatically shuts down while playing games. The performance is= to my old 3rdgen core i3 i mean i play maxpayne 3 and at same settings i can see 0 lag while old one did had lags but we can credit the radeon r4 its not very powerful i must say but i will play games and medium graphics another thing to note is it doesn't hav a VGa output port and the drivers although only on HP website only work on windows10 . Hence you cannot use 8 or even 8.1 for that matter

I received the replaced Laptop on 11 September. As confirmed on 12 September, by the Dell Service Centre Gurgaon, the Warranty had expired on 29 July 2017.This is the second time that this has happened to me. The Laptop which I had received on 19 July 2017, was also without Warranty. It's Warranty had expired on 04 July 2017. Amazon tool it back after troubling me for one and a half month.Sorry state of affairs.Dushyant Singh Chauhan
