Very poor and painful customer service

Very poor and painful customer service. Was told installation charges will be 1500 but was charged 5000. The people who come for installation try flea sing you by recommending and buying unnecessary material at a very high cost. The two toll free customer service numbers are always engaged and do not work.

Disappointing Product and Service

ACs not working. compressor automatically stops after 5 mins of run. Tried contacting Voltas, no technical visited yet. Very disappointed to see such kind of product and service.
