I purchased this product for 24000 and the same was delivered within 5 days. Product is good but the Voltas Technician's are little inexperienced so I had to face a couple of problem with the installation. Overall Product is worth money spent.

Timely delivery & excellent customer support

I have purchased this item as it is very good and Flipkart delivered me in time without any damage of the product. Still today I did not take any free service for my AC. But I know from my invoice I will get two free service in a running year. z So no problem at all right now. Thanks to FLIPKART

over all good experience with flipkart only isuue found is the vendor comeing for installation do not have any athorisation letter or ID card from flipkart.

Has display screen which shows the AC running mode and the temperature.- Has all the basic features which are required for basic home need.Bad:- The AC design is just old styled, but is compensated looking at cost and cooling performance.CONCLUSION- Bought a 3 star AC as need it for 3-4 hours during summers. Buying a 5 star AC did not make much of a sense as the usage is not very high. It is suggested to buy 3 star if you use AC form more than 12 hours a day.- Cooling is really good, so do not get concerned in respect to cooling when you are buying this model.Please Hit the 'YES' button If you found this Review Helpful. Superb a/c, brilliant airflow and excellent service from amazon and voltas..The a/c unit is very small so its a great space saver.. Go for it.

Reviewing the product after 15 days of use, I got the installation done from a local guy after reading the bad comments on various online site, so I am not commenting on the installation part.Pros:1. The cooling is amazing, it cools the bedroom within 5 minutes2. Extremely silent, you won't come to know the AC is actually, the outer unit makes some noise but that you won't notice3. Easy to operate4. Reasonably pricedCons:1. Has aluminium condenser (and not copper), but the cooling is amazing so that is sorted. Secondly voltas uses some blue technology to avoid rusting so the major two drawbacks of aluminium condenser are taken care off2. The design is basic.I would definitely recommend.

Its a decent AC which cools fine and the delivery was on time as promised by Flipkart, But the installation service was poor. I have to call Flipkart and its Installation partner again and again even after they have lapsed 48 Hours installation commitment. I was being transferred from one department to another. When the Installation team came, they were in rush with some other prior commitments and the work done by them was not tidy at all. Though the product was good but after sales service can be improved.

Product was delivered in 1 day span with really good packaging, but installation took place after 3 days of delivery. Voltas ACs are considered to be one of the best... And I am very much satisfied with this product.

m really happy with the product, had some installation issues, got sorted out, i will recommend to everyone to get it installed by Voltas guys, donot go for inexperienced installation guys, perfect cooling, will defenitely recommend it, m happy with voltas service center guys.

I got this Voltas 183CYe 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC in just Rs. 26,290 only. I had booked it on 12th May 2015 and got delivered on 15th May 2015 before committed time by Flipkart. Thanks to quick service & co-ordination which timely ensure delivery & later on installation also completed from Voltas Authorized Technician. :)

My AC is lying since 3 days uninstalled. The agency Flipkart has outsourced to is called Jeeves - a complete misnomer. P G Wodehouse would be rolling in his grave - his Jeeves was the epitome of efficiency whereas this agency Jeeves is the epitome of inefficiency and unprofessional attitude. Two days the appointment for installation was fixed but nobody turned up nor took the trouble to inform! So unable to rate the AC right now. It's still sitting pretty in the box!

The AC was good well performing. Leakage was detected but Voltas could not fix.Amazon accepted the return on account of defected product. Customer centric service from Amazon.

yesterday it self i bought this product ... but installation team went back without checking after installing it... now at night when we turned the ac on we found that compressor is not working... and even after half an hour it was not able to cool little bit.. voltas is saying that it can be electricity problem,,, installation team didnt respond,.,., whom to complain ???? very disappointed with initial after purchase service from FLIPKART for such a home appliance ...

I have been running behind Flipkart team for about a week now to get my Voltas AC installed and their service has been pathetic. No one has visited me despite several follow ups. Finally I have called Voltas directly and I am hoping someone to visit me shortly. I can't comment on the product as I am not lucky enough to use it so far but the after sales service is just pathetic.

Dear Friends, I have purchase the AC on Dated 22-Apr-2015 and Flipkart deliver it on time as well as installation process but the product is very bad even not 1 week to buy and got error not cooling well as well as i request complaint to voltas they ask 24/7 i have request it on dated 02-may-2015 today is 04-may-2015 not responding yet . Not recommended to Friends go for Hitachi or LG or BlueStar not for Voltas. Today i realize why Indian company not grow. Even I use return product From Date : 07 May -2015 with Replacement (Return ID: 18860838) with "We will contact you by 8-May 01.00 pm to clarify your request." Flipkar Not providing good service just received Messages " We continuing to look into your issue and we reassure you that we will resolve your problem by 13th May , 12:30 PM. Let See what happen tomorrow ?? i will Receive message once again or flipkart take action . But friends pleaasee dont go for voltas it very BAKVASSSS Product ... I continued follow Flipkart Executive from 2-May-2015 Till Problem is persists. Think before buy any product from Flipkart. i would like to suggest go for any other e-commerce site. as well as i am not fake reviewer you can call customer care and check with reference no.

Its shame on Flipkart that they have appointed such people for installation work of AC. They are charging tremendously high and asking so many things to be done by me like in my case have asked me to do all necessary setup to mount the outdoor part on second floor. I had no time so I ordered on flipkart and now installation people want me to do all necessary setup. And they are charging me 1200+1000+1200+setup to mount on the second floor. While local installation people are charging only 1500 to do all work without my intervention. Its really very pathetic.

voltas 183cye 1.5 ton ac is good product and cooling is awosame but ac insatallation is horible by flipkart patnar. my recomedation is don''t by ac from flipkart

The Voltas service centre is the worst possible outfit. They refuse to register the product for warranty. Have tried through email with no response. The phone does not work. No response. Why can't they have a warranty online without people interface. For a reputed Tata company this sounds fishy. Not going to buy a Voltas product again.

Don't expect after sales service from Voltas . I have purchased new AC having too much noise from compressor. Complaint have been registered from last two month but no one from Voltas visited to resolve the complaint. I have called more than 30 times to customer care but no results . Now I am tired so I decided to write here.
