  Voltas customer care service is very worst. My complaint was raised on 16th Oct 2022 for replacement of the compressor, its 1.5 ton split AC. Almost 3 months crossed still the problem in not rectified yet, while logging the complaint they have promised that the compressor would replace in 10 days. I have called the customer care call center on daily to get the request update status.. call executives don?t know or have the case or complaint history of the case. Just reading the problem description, not maintaining complaint update history its very disappointing. Not happy with Voltas customer care service, No call backup, No status update of the customer complaints, No email response from concern teams. WARRANTY and GUARANTEE just a name sake, hearing that Voltas Sales counts are decreasing. in my lifetime never ever experienced such a worst service.

    Worst service response. Every year you will be getting internal leakage an will not be serviced at the right. Usually they will 2 months to service the AC. So please think before you buy AC from VOLTAS

    I think Voltas service is the worst, I purchased split AC in March, 2023. It didn't work a single day. On complaint, on 12th May,23 it was told that PCB is not working, that was replaced after a week,IT DIDN'T WORK then I was told gas leakage, it was filled after a week, IT DIDN'T WORK. then I am told Compressor is faulty. It's a month I am waiting, still I am told it's under request. So I don't know when will IT be actually repaired. I have lost faith in VOLTAS. SO SORRY! THINK MANY TIMES IF YOU ARE PLANNING FOR VOLTAS!

  Dont buy any product of tata grp. I complained 3 times in a month for not cooling than also there is no solutions buy company. Don't go for vocal-local. It's a 3rd class AC products

  Hi, i have recently purchased 1.5Ton 2 Window Ac a month ago and i am highly dissatisfied with the AC.The room is not getting cool and its working like a cooler. After regularly complains to the customer care they visit make a video record the temperature and go on a regular basis and continuously harrassing situation.The technician asked how many people sleeps ,seats in a room etc which i think is irrelevant.I would suggest VOLTAS to prepare a questionaire of following questions like:- 1)Room square feet 2)No.of wardrobes 3)Whether the wardrobe is of Steel or wood 4)How many people in a room 5)What is the room temperature before purchasing the ac etc If a customer pass in the form he is eligible to purchase Voltas ac otherwise not as VOLTAS is such a REPUTED BRAND its needs something special and new technology as every customer can afford VOLTAS AC . The voltas Ac can be only afforded by a technical person who have knowledge about GRID TEMPERATURE N ROOM TEMPERATURE AND WHO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR SUCH AC. At regular homes no one keep room thermometer for measuring temperature every day before and after biying Ac.How can VOLTAS company expects that,that to in India. They make you understand that COOLER IS BETTER THAN VOLTAS AC AND YOUR 50000 RS AND TIME IS PURELY WASTED. I am highly DISSATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY BE IT BE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PRODUCT SERVICE OR QUALITY SERVICE. Atleast I knows the difference between Ac and cooler and i dont need there technician Lectures on cooler and Ac. The Ac is DEFECTIVE FROM 1ST DAY. Why the Ac cannot chilled the room in an hour or 2 inspite of eith temperature 18 degree?Why the AC NEEDS to be kept on whole Night ?Who is responsible for the electricity bill ?Is VOLTAS WILL be paying us the compensation every month? I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase any Product of Voltas which does not satisfied the customer needs. Highly dissatisfied and wanted a replacement of both Ac soon.

  If you are buying voltas ac for its quality and features then let me warn you that if u face any problem with the ac, the company will not provide u service asap , they will take time as long as they can take, n u will regret buying it.their service is horrible. Won't recommend to buy anything from this company

• Very bad worst product from voltas.

  My voltas AC spoiled within three months. After company verification of their product, they said one product in AC spoiled, came to me with spoiled product. They will replace that particular item in AC. I suggest Indian government to ban Voltas AC permanently in our country.
