Godrej 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (GSC 18 RGN 3 CWQR) User Reviews and Ratings

Purchased 1.5 GODREJ AC inverter with copper coil within 1 year indoor unit coil having gas linkage which cannot be fixed have to replace whole coil, contacted service department and had very bad experience they are asking for 10000 charge even AC is in still warranty period please don't buy GODREEJ product. Instead go for china product at least they are cheaper with good quality then GODREJ. Don't buy GODREJ product spend 2-5 thousands more and go with well know brands like LLOYD, DAIKIN. I want to give 0 rating but there is no option to do so giving 1.

Very bad quality ac.godrej gives warranty of 1 year. But it doesn't work for 2 months itself.

Air conditioner is good but service is very poor and it's happened last 2times, I booked my complaint last week but no response from your service no technician visit so I want to change my AC another company

Ac is good but your customer service is very poor , it takes very long time to solve it i have faced cooling issue from last week but no visiting of any technician by your customer care and if i asked then they said we can do soon , so tell me what i have to do ? Now am going to Change AC Because of your service executives are not able to solve my problem and very unsatisfied results i got from your service centre

Worst AC ever, never buy Godrej

Product is too good.. Flipkart delivery was very fast. my expected delivery date was 02 nd may but it's delivered on 01 St may... thanks to Flipkart for fast delivery... But installation service was very poor... my expected installation was 5th may but it installed after lot of follow-up from Godrej and Flipkart it's install on 11th may.

Worth for money. Installation done quickly by godrej. room gets cools in just 10 - 15 minutes. 160 sqft. But delivered later on scheduled given by flipkart.

Best service given by flipkart....On time delivery and satisfying product tooo.....Thank you flipkart.....#happy customer :-)

if it is possible then i will definitely give negative rating to installation service of amazon or Godrej. Technician was not came for installation for 5 days that's why i called local Technician for installation but because of bad installation service of them, i can't give negative rating to awesome product. it is perfect and cool as i expected. with installation and electrician charges for switches it took about 35000 INR.

Have been using this for the past 3 to 4 days and the AC is fine.A point to mention is the godrej installation engineers knowledge and timely installation is very good.Overall an happy experience.Thank you Amazon and Godrej.
