  It's been a month and I believe this is my best decision to buy Toshiba 32 Inches HD LED 32PS10 Television from flipkart. It is a wonderful LED TV. Picture and sound quality is just amazing. The best result you will get when you try this TV with the HD channels. It is a amazing product and a must buy for those who is planning to buy a LED TV.

• Extremely POOR Toshiba service after Purchase

  I purchased this LED a year back with three year warranty. on 5th April 2013, my LED became dead I called up customer care and one technician identified issue with one Part. It's been a month now and I am still waiting for that Part to available and for repair to happen. I have now realized, there is no point of followup with them, I keep sending them emails (No reply) Keep calling them (They just say it will be done soon).. I don't know what is the meaning of buying an LED with three years warranty where your time is just gone in waiting for repair. It's better to buy product from known manufacturer which are better in services. Please be aware before you buy any Toshiba product.. Toshiba India services are truly third class. Just wanted to mention the complaint reference number (040613-905), in case they (Toshiba India higher authority) see it, think through it and improve.
