I'm unable to change brightness in windows 10 either through func keys or through windows 10 short cut panel. I had installed all the updated drivers. Anyone got this issue. I had installed the same windows 10 in other model HP and DELL pc where i didnt install the drivers. It is working fine (both func key and through panel) Leaving these laptop is very worth for money.

Very good product, good packing , good condition, everything was perfect. Delivery was on time also. Only one problem i did not get any confirmation of warranty yet from HP.

I bought this laptop on diwali sale on 7 nov. havent used it yet..but i missed out out the deals as it was upto 15 nov only and i was not informed about itas well. well about the laptop, i looks superrb, and the finish is also very nice, have installed win 10 is a lil bit slow havent installed antivirus yet about the performance wil review after usage of 3 months.

Initially when installed windows 7, it hanged and restarted automatically several times but presently with win 8.1 running smoothly. Don't know whether it was my installation files prob or that of the m/c. Display is of medium quality- can't say so good. The touch pad is extra sensitive taking a very light touch as left click/ click sometimes. Sound is not very louder- inside room in less noisy atmosphere its no prob. Installation of drivers is a really tiresome job but you have to do it- no other way. If you want to use it just for usual home purpose, I think its a very good one at this reasonable price i.e. 31k/-. And finally, the packaging was really good at least for a sensitive and costly product like laptop.

guys... can anyone tell me about battery backup of this device?

Hi Friends ! This is My Experience pls read fully, it will be definitely useful. 1) Flip kart Customer Service Issue : I bought this product on 14 th Jan 2016, since it looks cool in specs and rate is very cheap compare to showroom price. 3 Days from the purchase My Laptop Top shell got accidentally broke so i thought i cud replace this using ADP thus i tried to apply for ADP so i called HP supports, they said this laptop was purchased on June 2015 by vendor WS retail and you are not eligible for ADP if you cross 30 days from purchse. I Was very upset i called FlipKart CC, they opened a complaint, then they replied me that we cannot do anything you have talk to the brand service center (HP). Thank god .. Before purchase i received mail from flipkart cc that this product is under warranty for one year, i shared this mail with them, after that this issue got serious and after 10 days they called me and told me a link to apply ADP. Thus i got ADP and my product Top shell is now got replaced on 20-02-2015. But the issue isnt resolved fully when i tried to check my warranty status in HP portal it still shows that warranty Expires on August 2016 it is supposed to Jan 2017.One year warranty. *** Again have 2 open a complaint. 2) Product Issue : Laptop is top fine cool features after 1 month of usage i felt WIFI tends to disconnect often and Same with Blue tooth tooo :/ . Other wise cool Product (y). its Not Think B4 U BUY it is GET ALL INFO B4 BUY !!
