  i had a similar experience recently iwth UHDTV 55 . utterly disappointed after spending 1.5L. They say they do not have spares. Mine is just 8 months old. unbelievable for such a big brand. #JUSTAVOIDSAMSUNGLEDTV

• Worst company in the world is Samsung

  Never ever purchase any product homeside from Samsung whenever you will purchase the item from the Samsung they will give you 2 years or extended warranty but when any effect its happen or damage will happen to your product they are declaring by default it is your fault and it is customer site damage they never replace the product I have purchased from the Reliance digital in Bangalore 11 lakh 25 thousand rupees q LED TV 55 inches Samsung within 13 months one backlight LED bust and one hump is appeared on top of the screen I call the customer care at Samsung they send their default executive and best touching on the screen they declare it physical damage.many times I called them at try to make them understand how we will create one ham over the LED screen we can create whole but we can't create hump but they are not ready to understand finally nothing is happen they are not replace the LED screen and my TV listed in the 2 years warranty even the Reliance digital also not doing their job I paid them 8000 rupees for extended warranty so never purchase any product from the Samsung same thing is happened with my refrigerator I purchase one side by side door refrigerator from Samsung from same Reliance digital store in Bangalore when they deliver the product on the all the toughened glasses of shelves have full of scratches I told them this is not the worth of 106000 rupees of refrigerator but they have not replaced so I tell you never been in Samsung like companies they are not even worried about their customers

• Poor Viewing Angles

  Great picture quality but the viewing angles are too bad. It seems like a milky curtain has been out on the screen when we view it from an angle. But that's not product specific, almost all 4K TV's have the same problem.

  Met ultimate goals of a UHD LED tv, Good picture and sound quality. absence of Smart remote and bluetooth is not leading me any problem.
