Good product from Samsung go for it

Defective product with dent and multiple deep scratch marks. Photos attached. Have asked for replacement. Very poor service. Zero value for money.

The fridge's motherboard malfunctioned after only 6 months of purchase. There is no instant service and the motherboard will get replaced and shipped all over from Chennai even though it says the fridge can handle fluctuating voltages and doesn't need a stabilizer. It has been 3 days and we have received no resolution. Really bad experience - such massive technical fault

Damage Rrefrigerator

Was delivered a damaged product. Functioning refrigerator was taken away at the time of delivery by Amazon as part of exchange. They do no allow you to inspect the delivered product before taking delivery. They say they will provide a replacement several days later but one has to manage without a fridge till then. In our case we could not because we have insulin that needs to be refrigerated all the time.

I want refund

�Firstly I recommend you not to buy this product,it is just loss of money....just after 3 years technician has checked and said like it is a manafacture defect and it could not be repaired.then they said money will be refund behalf of the product.And the Amount will be refunded by the Samsung is just 4400/-... check the full video which is recorded by the technician of samsung.
