    I am disappointed in the trays in this fridge. I like Samsung because I've had a super good experience with my previous fridge. But even though this one is smaller size, it shouldn't be lower range/quality. Functional, but not pretty and trays aren't the same quality as bigger fridges of the brand.

    Not very happy as I had ordered a 3* refrigerator but received 1* instead. Felt cheated as in this summer I have to wait for 2 weeks for replacement, cannot afford with kids. 1* is usually cheaper than 3* so would be happy if I get my difference back.
