Prompt delivery by Amazon, Fast and very professional installation by Samsung. Satisfied with both. It's a very simple and elegant looking ac. Both the Indoor and Outdoor units are extremely quite unlike as mentioned in other reviews. Brought this for my bedroom. 10x13x9 ( no exposed walls ) The a/c cools the room in minutes. Remote is sturdy and nice no back-light though.Satisfied overall with the product , delivery and installation .. 5 starts to Amazon.

Product is good but installation would cost around 4k surprisingly additional cable needed to connect from indoor unit to outdoor unit costing 500 rupees is missing from Samsung.

Looks wise its very descent,noise level is very low. But a few remarks are 1.Although it's an inverter model AC power consumption is HIGH. 2.It takes long time to cool the room because it's having alluminium condenser.

The product is good. The cooling is efficient at 28'C setting also.What would be the savings in electricity bill I would only come to know after 1 month. However the AC is very silent in operation

Worest Ac in the market.electricity consumption is very very high though it is inverter ac.and its working 1star ac.no light in the remote.very worest ac..plz don't buy this ac

The review provided is honestly as a SAMSUNG customer based on my experience with the product after purchase -Defective air swing blades, -Poor build quality, -Looks like a cheap chinese plastic product with name SAMSUNG printed over it, -No LED backlit remote or a proper holder, -The product stops working automatically with no reason and you need to turn it on again -No auto turn off during power resumes -Poor post installation services
