This AC is having fully copper compressor & piping assembly which you will not get in cheap ACs. Life cycle of these kind of ACs is longer than cheap alternatives. Quality of this AC is superb with Low noise and super-fast cooling. I got the AC @27.7k Rupees (had offer where got 5k off and extra 2k for Axis bank users on 25th March 2015) I also got subsidized installation @451 Rs. plus Flipkart gave L mount stand and free drain pipe) Sound of outdoor unit is silent. Indoor unit makes 35dB noise which is satisfactory. It?s been 15 days now and I am enjoying cool AC sleep. Hitachi should start its own service network like Samsung,LG.. They gave area wise AMC to local AC repair shops. These local guys were reluctant to give offer which Flipkart offered. I had to escalate to Flipkart to get the offer. Resulted in wasting 3-4 days delay after product came home and installed. Overall I am really satisfied to get this AC at discounted price. Dont fall for cheap ACs... do remember ????? ???? ?? ???.... ????? ???? ??? ??? !!

Hitachi AC is very Good cools the room in five minutes . Hitachi needs to get deficient partners for instalation, they should also disclose all the offers to the Customers which were given by Flipkart.

Bought this product a month ago. AC performance gets a 5star. Service from flipkart gets 3 stars. Hitachi service in chennai gets 1 star. Reason for 1 star is they took a week to get my AC installed after its delivery. My rating for this product alone, is 5 star.

i dont have blind faith in hitachi but the thing is i wont be buying lg or samsung if its an ac .coz the engineering matters. hitachi solely sells acs and provides other cooling solutions. i got this ac at 31,490. its a 960 watt ac. i didn even find an ac which is taking this much less power in 1 ton 5 star category(960 watt=0.96 kilo watt,so 0.96 kw*1 hr=0.960 kwh=0.96unit per hour consumption). 1 kwh =1 unit of electricity in our city this ac comes up with pure copper pipe outlet.. so it has to be quality wise good than cheap alluminium ones i have to pay for brackets costing 900 and drainage pipes costing 25 per foot, and a plug pin top .these are not covered in subsidised installation. an advice : always use wipro northwest motor starter and sockets.

Delivery and installation awesome. Service Awesome. Indoor body not stylish. Decent cooling. Price lower than retail outlets. Quality product.

The best selling AC which cool's the room is 5-10 mins - i will rate this performance to 5star. Instillation is really good and the service personals are very experienced and cooperative. The only issue i faced is the initialization time which actually took almost 10 days ... never mind as there is some gap in the communication from item delivered to Flipkart then to Hitachi. But its worth waiting :) i would recommendas this the the best of all my AC.

Got delivery even before the stipulated time period. Great price point for a 5 star AC that too from Hitachi. Would recommend certainly being a Hitachi brand. The only demerit you may witness would be on the installation time period they may take. Rest all perfect!! Kudos!!!

Excellent experience with delivery and installation. Only sad part was that two days after I bought it for INR 33600.. The price dropped to 31600. Anyway, since I'm optimistic and in India sometimes even paying extra the service and products might betray here goes - The AC is beautiful and looks much better than it appears on the photo. The noise is unbelievably low. I was more concerned about the sound levels of the outdoor unit as I did not want to disturb my neighbours and this AC has delivered!!! Needless to say the indoor unit is super silent as well. Installation guys came in less than 24 hours and were so pleasant. The whole experience was a breeze. Well done Amazon and Hitachi!

Great for product from Hitachi for a 180 sq ft room with a window. Quiet running and cools fantastic.The 5 star rating is an added bonus. And you won't get it anywhere else at the price that amazon offers!.. believe me.. I did a lot of research :).

Absolutely perfect product for a 120 Sq ft room. Cool fast. Amazon Rocks with their service and the price in which it was delivered.. Have been using since only 2 days but until now all good . Product was very well packed and delivered on time. Hitachi Installation was absolute bang on. Overall everything was just perfect and as i wanted. No complaints.

we purchased it through flipkart at very reasonable price. product is good. some features are 1) AC cooling is quite faster in short time, but i feel little noisy at high end fan speed 2) remote has night vision display but on AC body no display is present (Hitachi models are like that they told) 3) Service technician charges Rs.400 for installation. but we need to purchase a stabilizer to avoid power fluctuations (it costed about Rs. 2000/-) 4) The price in flipkart is very low compared to on shop price as well as other on line sites You can purchase this product without any hesitation if your room is small and you have small family. Go ahead

Pros - This AC cools pretty effectively. I have 3 other ACs in the house and this definitely is the best amongst the lot and has the least ambient noise - Services and discounts provided by Flipkart were very helpful Cons - The service and installation services by Hitachi was not satisfactory - The installation folks left the outer unit on the window ledge without fixing it, despite me explicity requesting for it and did not consider requests to put the outer unit on a stand below the window, etc. All in all, they seemed to be in a hurry to go for their next installation

Indoor unit is very noisy not expected from split ac. It sounds like dessert cooler

I have 2 other hitachi ACs and they are very silent but this one is very noisy where the sound is similar to an air cooler. :(

The AC comes without Display. The only display comes in remote which does not has display light into it. You have to turn on the room light or your mobile light to do changes into the temp. or modes while sleeping in the nights. AC is Good give good cooling in room... yes Energy saver..

INDOOR DOES LOT OF NOISE & TOO TINY. NO SUFFICIENT COOLING FOR A10 x 10 FT. BED ROOM.NO MATCH TO BLUE STAR 1 TON INSTALLED 3 YEARS BACK IN ANOTHER BED ROOM. REALLY DOUBT IF IT IS HITACHI?

I think there is a need of sale for Hitachi products we are not getting quite good discount on AC please consider it. I mean not to compare store and websites. But to give what customer really want The discounts may only cover the price of installation so need to increase it.

I faced a lot of problem with AC Installation. I called Hitachi helpline number multiple time but they didn't picked up the call at all. I have to write lot of mails to amazon and Hitachi to get the work done. Installation team was very rude and unprofessional and misguided us to have a drill on concrete and charges extra amount of money. Water outlet pipe was not given with the box (most others companies give the pipe) Instillation team forced us to purchase 12 feet pipe at 40 rupees (40*12=480 rupees) per feet cost (While market rate is just 100 rupees only). In short they are making a unprofessional business out of installation. Noise of the outdoor unit is very high (If you are living in an apartment then there may not be a severe problem but for individual houses it may be irritating.)

It has too much noise of fan, also cover of indoor unit is loose, while it has been changed. Stop working on 25 degree temperature set by, Blow a non familiar smell.

Installation and Service from Hitachi in Chennai is too worst... They didnt install my AC yet all most 5 days done from the delivery date.
