Very good ac at this price. Length of wire from IDU to ODU is short . Hence extra wire required to be purchase while installation going on. Does this joint affect on performance of ac ? A.SHETYE.

Awesome AC....It cools within 10 mins..Very silent .....prompt service from the carrier company....But it needs regular servicing otherwise it is a headache.....But a good purchase.

Very bad ac no cooling. taking too much current. Bill comes around Rs.3500 to Rs 5000 for 2 months

7 days before i purchased the product and cooling is third class, it will take 1hr or more time to cooling 100 Sqr foot bedroomi will suggest to every don't buy this product still the coiling issue is not resolved and the carrier guys giving falls commitment.

Horrible Product and IAM surprised that Carrier has an agent like Hi Tech solutions. The air conditioner was leaking, the seller claimed to have changed the part but the problem still continues. Amazon please do something about this.

Plz don't purchase this ac, I think this is the worst air-conditionor that I hv ever used... Poor air flow, u even don't realize the air flow from 8 feet, I am using this 1.5 tonne ac in 900 Sq ft room where I think 1 tonne ac can work as well, but still I cannot sit or sleep without using fan....

Waste product and one of the failed model the Ac doesn't function well cooling effect will be like less than 1 tonic and added to it the maintaiance is really costly the inside coil will get damage after a year mostly which will be not covered in warranty and again we need to spend additional 10k for the repair I really feel cursed for buying this Ac please keep in mind before buying this Ac Be ready to spend additional 10k in future so please don't go by brand instead of this we can opt voltas Ac whose quality standards are far better than carrier. I am writing this review after 2 years of usage of this Ac so that the people who want to choose this AC wouldn't fall into the trap of carrier. literally carrier should feel shame for manufacturing such low grade type of AC.

DONT BUY THIS THEY SAY 1.5 TONS BUT COOLING AND FAN SPEED IS LESS THAN 1TON ALSO. I RATE 0 FOR THIS PRODUCT. REGRET BUYING IT.

In the brand new AC blower Motar is not working.. Got very bad service from service centre. I have not used the product and I had to pay for Installation and then de Installation.
