Fist of all i would like to thank FLIPKART for their incredible service. After having horrendous experience with AMAZON I had to return here. The purchase happen so electrifying speed that I also wonder how it happened. I placed an order on Sunday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon I was enjoying cool breeze in my bedroom. Pros:- 1) Cooling is very powerful. 2) Both the units are very less noisy. 3) Indoor unit looks cool and so does the remote. 4) Price is 3-5K less than the local dealers. Cons:- Not any :) Go for it people. Its worth buying product. Especially from Flipkart. Cheers !!!!!

I enquired this product in several retailers .But no one is ready to give the product at such a slashed rate.Thanks to flipkart and the delivery is as promised.Keep up the good work Ekart.

Blue Star is allready a good company in Ac. Flipcarts service was also good. & product is value of price ..... ekdam paisa wasoool....

This AC arrived on time and was installed on time too. Have been using it for the last 3 months and it does it's job rather well.

The product is very good, Indoor unit is very silent, cooling is wonderful, booked it on 11th May 2015, & Flipkart delivered It on 14th May 2015, but the installation of the product was a horrible experience for me, authorize service department is very irresponsible, after 35 calls to customer care & authorize service center,, finally they installed the ac on 19 th May 2015.... My request to Flipkart please take care about after sales service of large appliances, keep track whether the product is installed in time or not , demo given timely or not etc. As a regular customer of Flipkart I never expect this type of horrible service from such a online trader...It Hurts Our Faith....

This does not cool the room as I expected. Some times the water comes out from the AC when temperature is around 17 to 18 which is not accepted.

One month old now and working fine. Flipkart has to be appreciated on their timely delivery and good packing of the product. Not sure whom to be blamed for not mentioning the full details about the product in the flipkart page. The product which i have purchased is aluminium coil. Normally copper coil works for the long run. This was not mentioned in the product details on the website. Otherwise everything is ok and i have full confidence on a Blue star product. Though company offered installation, i have done it through my known person in my building.

It's been just 3 years of purchase, AC started dancing a lot of issues and as it is a old model even getting a spare parts become difficult. Compressor, Blower, Outer fan, Capacitor, Swing and so on issues with AC. Spent around 6000 rupees and still facing problems with it.

The AC is excellent but make sure you do not get it installed by FlIPKART. As flipkart has tied up with some local installation guy who has little or no experience of installation of the device. The day the AC was set up, the AC primary unit started leaking water and secondly the service guy gave direct connection to the exterior unit as well. So whenever I switched off the AC the external unit kept on running until I cut the power connection. Moreover this guy refused to pay me the bill, for which resulted that all the money went into his pocket. Frustrated I called up BLUESTAR who confirmed that the service guy was not from BLUESTAR. However, they sent their own technician, who was properly dressed, and fixed my AC correctly and gave a decent demo. If you decide to buy this AC, please make sure you call up the BLUESTAR official yourself or else you are doomed.

I'm from Chennai. I'm a regular FK buyer. Have purchased more than 1 lakh Rs (in total for last 4 years) worth products so far. I decided to buy this AC after reading several reviews. Though the product was delivered on time, installation services from flipkart was worsely patheic(i have no other word)!! Guys from Chennai, think twice before buying large appliances from FK. They gave contract to some random laymen technicians and they don even know the installation techniques. Some guy who called himself as flipkart technician came and installed the AC for more than 5 hours. He got 1.5k installation charge plus additional 3k for AC accessories since the product doesnt have some mandatory accessories. After the so called installation process, he left and it was jus few mins after that, AC started leaking from indoor unit. Chennai ppl, pls stay away from these kind of online purchase of large appliances. Neither Flipkart nor the AC brand care about installation. All they want is money.

Though AC has been delivered, but not installed. 7 days passed since delivery, still installation has not started. Continuous follow up with flipkart does not yield any results. I am still waiting for installation.

Installation has been delayed. The customer can't directly register the installation request with Blue Star. Flipkart knew from 21st that the product will be delivered on 24th and still, it is 25th Noon and no installation has been done. The delivery guy dropped my ac (indoor and outdoor unit) 0.5km away from my home wherein I was telling the driver that his tata ace can go inside. I had to wait for approx 45mins in this hot weather in sunlight to look for someone who can help me to get my product at my home. id you buy from local shop, you get the product on the same price, delivery on the same day and Installation on the same day. Can someone tell, why should we go with Flipkart then?
