it's been 5 years now. Bought it in Dec 2019. Has been working flawlessly since then. While cooling may have reduced over 5 years time, it still manages to keep the room cool even on the hottest days which is impressive. Came with a remote. still no rattling noise, no leakage nothing. very satisfied with the purchase.

Bought this ac on the 24th of Nov, got a great deal on it (discount of 5000/-). Had used the same model before so am comfortable using it. Recommend it for a medium sized room.

we received our AC on the 6th December at very good price (1 offer of Rs 3000 off on all Voltas ACs apart from the usual discount offered at the site) and it is a very good product with a remote.It gives good cooling, makes less noise than our previous AC and overall we are very happy with our purchase.And the installation was done smoothly. Nice Product.I ordered this on Amazon for 26700 with an additional cash back of 2000 while paying with HDFC debit card. Happy w.r.t to Price.Regarding the AC's performance, It is pretty decent and takes <10 mins to cool a 10*11 room.For the price paid it was nice deal.Thanks Amazon and the seller.!

Nice Ac. Value for money

Product has to be good , as its TATA. But be aware for installation issue, the way schemes change on Flipcart you may be caught in the trap that the company man stands in front of you to charge you 800 bucks extra for installation. I booked the product at Rs 24490/- with installation included. Got the delivery which says installation at extra cost and now the product is at Rs 23990/- plus extra installation cost. It happened in just one day. I have written mail to Flipcart , lets see how they justify their actions.

Very bad return policy if product is directly being sent from Seller. I just had frustrated ever instance with Flipkart and TECHGDGT Seller. 1. Pckg delievered without Manual and Remote. 2. The Receipt which flipkart gave and the one which seller provided both has different amount mentioned (arnd 2k diff). After so many escalations with flipkart they just provided me updated receipt with additional 2k amount as a freight charges.
