If you ask me, avoid any Samsung phone, at least in India as their service is as pathetic as their products. Firstly, if you are a user who change phones as frequently as every year, Samsung maybe one of the considerable options. But if wish to invest on a phone that can be used without any issues for at least 3-5 years, then strictly avoid Samsung. One of the scam I have noticed in Samsung is that few months after your warranty period, they push a software update to the device. If you ignore the update, you are safe but if in case you update the software, you will be shocked to experience weird problems with your phone. One of the most common problems is frequent restarting and the loop kind of never ends. Samsung service centers give you default response for such issues saying it is motherboard problem and you must replace it. the cost of the motherboard is usually almost half the price of the handset itself. So, unless you are ok shelling out that extra money after a couple of years, do not worry. But if you are someone who wants a device that stays good as long as you want to use, avoid Samsung. I am a victim of such a fraud & unethical practice by Samsung and unfortunately, companies like these get away easily because of their powerful place in the market. So, I urge you to stop supporting Samsung, at least for mobile phones and go with any other brand such as MI, Vivo, One Plus, etc that are far more advanced both in terms of features as well as durability without any issues.

Who use mobiles professionally they can buy this mobile without any doubts. There is no issues in it. Camera and screen quality is superb. Battery backup excellent. There is no hanging and heating issues.Excellent mobile with in budget. Super amoled display is excellent excellent.

Phone is good with display, processor and camera, but battery is bad, it takes three hours from 0 to 100% and drains out in less than 20 hours in almost low use. I think samsung has conned with 6000 MAH. If possible avoid this option.

Phone is decent but the hardware is very poor. Samsung has cut many corners and made a phone that died 4 months after expiry of warranty. It is shocking that a very sparingly used device would suffer a " motherboard problem "in such a short time. I had to pay Rs.7500 to change the motherboard. I am really sorry that I bought a Samsung phone.

Samsung Galaxy F41 keeps on switch off and on automatically by itself many times... It is dead investment for Samsung products.. So do research and plan to purchase ... Or have to incur more money for repair .. It is a scam.. someone has to file case on consumer court on this issue... Which phone give longer durability.. ????

Motherboard had to be replaced just after one year from the date of purchase. Shell out nearly Rs.7000. Service Centre people told this is a common problem with this 'F' series

One software update caused my motherboard to fail. Very disappointed with the product. Samsung is asking 7500/- to replace the motherboard. I would not recommend this mobile.

Samsung F41 may boast with high-end features at an affordable price range but unless you are ok with shelling out more money a year or more down the line followed by pathetic customer service from Samsung, you can go for it. I purchased this phone in 2020 and coincidentally, a couple of months after warranty period, I got a software update form Samsung. And after the update, the phone started behaving strangely and since then, the problem got just worse, stealing my peace of mind. Been to service center a couple of times but they said it is faulty motherboard and I have to get it replaced at a cost that is almost half the price of the handset itself. I understand if battery gets faulty over a period of time due to usage, you may have to replace it. But I certainly do not agree that motherboards can just run into fault within as less as 2 years of usage. Moreover, my usage has been very limited to phones calls, whatsapp & coupe social media apps. Meaning, very minimal usage which should not cause any stress on the processor or motherboard. But then again, even usage is high, the processor octa core processor with 6 GB RAM should handle any amount of usage. Well, the bottom line here is that I saw many people walking in with similar issue of phone getting restarted automatically every few minutes and the only solution service center suggested is to go for motherboard replacement. Is this really a solution or a way to rob money out of customers? Nevertheless, Samsung is not fair to it's customers and continue to cheat. A BIG NO TO SAMSUNG F41 and if possible, please avoid this brand as a whole for mobile phones.

My samsug galaxy F41 started restarting itself many times and finally got hung with a black screen displaying samsung galaxy f41. As it was covered under warranty i have got it repaired in service center. But the issue came again even after they have reinstalled the software.

very basic drawbacks of F41: - Phone stop detecting SIM cards(both) for no reason - Battery is rated as 6000mAh, but looses power similar to my old Honor 9i (4000mAh) - Apps reacts late (i donot have big list of apps downloaded, but still takes sweet time to respond) - Looses internet connectivity (4g) often (i compare to my old honor 9i) - very moderate hardware performance & i am surprised to read as 6GB RAM Bought the phone as its MADE IN INDIA, this model is a spoiler !! If samsung/flipkart ready to take this back & provide a alternate better performing phone... i am ready to grab w/o 2nd thought.

I am writing this review after using this mobile from approx 2 weeks. I found it as per expectations, in terms of battery backup, touch sensitivity, shuffling from app to app, and especially camera is excellent in this price segment. Thanks to flipkart for timely delivery as usual. I am very much satisfied with the phone, if you have budget of below 15k you should go for it.

Well i have used more than 100 mobiles and majority of them were of Samsung A and S series.So bought this mobile in big billions days as it is a new launch but utterly disappointed by it.. it's been only one day and i am already planning to sell it.. it's a heating machine..i was using my A50s for last 3-4 hours and this f41 was lyin idle n still the display of f41 was way hotter than my 6 months old Samsung A50s. Trust me guys it's a very big issue.Apart from that battery charging time is way too much it took almost two hours to charge from 47% to 99% .wifi is ok..it still isnt detecting VOLTE whereas rest all mobiles in my home are on VOLTE(i think it will in a day or two..could be a problem from network provider too). Rest display is amoled so obviously it's very good for a 13k fone . Havent use camera till now n i dont play games .Main use is calling and whatsapp n occasionally YouTube.so you can tell am a light user still this fone feels like a heater. Seriously this is the worst samsung fone i have ever bought worse than j7 prime.. I will sell it soon n bear the loss of 3k-4k it's a genuine review upvote it so other users can see it and make a better choice. Never buy this fone. I will keep updating the review camera samples audio quality network issues etc
