4 stars as its working in fine condition as if now and i am quite satisfied with the installation as well. Taking off 1 star as Amazon delivered it to an incorrect person. If it's order by me it should be delivered to me. Have to sweat a lot to recover the AC from that person. But i finally have it and it's working fine

Great product and price. The only only issue is that no one called me for the installation, so I got some local guys to do it.

product is not delivered but these idiots set the status as delivered.It's been 20 days over since I booked this AC and flipkart and Gati playing with me without delivering the product and not giving me option to cancel and refund my money. Flipkart doesn't have process to resolve issue with logistics partners and they can't get you update from logistics team if the product is missed by logistics team.Never buy costly products online.If something goes wrong no would help you.

Iam rating them one star as the AC stopped working in few days , and despite multiple reminder NOONE has come to fix the problem . They donot provide individual service Centre number - I would stay away from buying Samsung AC as well as totally useless service Centre supportI have two other Samsung AC and I have the same problems where very very poor service in Ahmedabad -

Too high price for this product.
