I am using the POCO X2 mobile since 2 month and the performance is great but I faced some problem regarding sound problem such as youtube and screen recording. I play Pubg mobile game and when I recorded through screen recording I faced many problem mics issue, media issue and poor quality of sound quality of a recored vidoes I request you to please fixed my big issue..

I'm problem in using apps like instagram, chrome and other apps. It's really embarassing feeling when I have 8gb ram & 256 gb storage and I'm facing this type of problem.if I talk about perticular about instagram so when I post story it's hang for 1 min and taking time to load photos in chat, and also in file manager.

Sad after discovering it doesnt come with sd855 or 865. POCO was supposed to be a high performance phone and die hard poco fans are ready to compromise with features for performance.

Phone is faster than cheetah. I liked the camera. And the fast charging. The good product by xiomi.

I bought this phone in March 2020 and in my opinion POCO X2 have the best camera and Photos Quality with Good Colours, but the worst part of this phone is that while clicking photos you'll found camera is heating badly, sometimes camera app crashes maybe you face. When I receive the phone it has MIUI 11 version and After getting update you'll go into MIUI 12, but after updating the Android you'll see that your second space data is disappeared, you can talk with customer service but they will deny to you that data can not be recover. 2nd thing that after 2year using the phone, Back Camera is dead I visited to Service Centar, I tried to talk with Customer Care But They will Said to you that YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD TO SOLVE THIS CAMERA PROBLEM AND IT WILL COST YOU 9-10 THOUSAND INR. Now I'm Using this phone with Camera Dead. They Indirectly said to you that you are fool who bought this phone and After some time phone's camera will dead and You have to change motherboard of half of the Phone Amount. I don't think this is the Good Phone and Company to Buy Smartphone because I had a POCO F1 and POCO F3 GT with same problem. Camera dead and If you want to repair you have to Buy new Motherboard.

I bought it this phone in first sell After using this phone 2years, phones all back camera got automatically dead, I talked with Customer service they said you have to change motherboard cost of 9k INR. and When I was at the service center I girl came with the same phone and same issue. Company will never entertain you because when you search on internet about this issue you will lots of post by people who faced this issue. It is the manufactured defect in the phone. While clicking photos phone will heat, After update 11 to 12 your second space storage automatically erase.

6 months after purchase I had issue with the touch panel. The back and minimize button are getting automatically clicked. I took it to the authorized service center, they replaced the touch panel and reinstalled the software. Faced the same issue after 3 months. I asked for replacement of the device. The authorized service center told me they don't have the option to replace the device. Again replaced the Touch Panel and software. After a month I faced the same issue. They are not ready to replace the device. Service is poor. Vendor support is worst. Never ever buy this product.

Battery draining very fast it only purchased before 9 months

No clearity in pics & vedio, very poor battery,face lock not secured, heating problem,slow charge,hang problem,voice call not clear during wifi calling is enabled,no service center in surat gujarat,means very worst mobile I have ever seen.

Lowlight camera quality is very very bad

Poco X2 pathetic battery not even 5 months and battery is not charging I have visited mi service center and was fixed but the next day again charging has stopped

Hi, I brought PocoX2 with 256GB 2 months back online. And facing very frequently issue on call. While calling, it say call end , after trying multiple times or just after restart, it works for few calls.

POCO meant flagship performance at mid-range pricing. If the X2 comes with a 730G, it is not so impressive after all! If the rumors are true, the X2 is a mid-range phone with a mid-range pricing. Redmi has done this with K30, you have achieved no feat, POCO!

Really?? Sd 730G...Poco was known for serving flagship performance with a flagship processor. Earlier launched Poco F1 was equipped with Sd 845 and became the best choice for performance lovers but this time Poco ruined their personality. They should've think that why anyone go for this bcz they have a choice of RealMe X2 with same processor and specs but a lower price.

When I first heard the rumour about the launch of poco x2 I thought it would at least have an 855plus processor with 8gb ram. Where is the flagship performance that poco generally gives its users. Seriously! a 730g is rediculous for this device considering the visually demanding games that are launched these days on playstore

POCO X2 is nothing new they just copied realme DE with some useless feature audition like 120Hz display. Whats the use of 120Hz display if there is no flagship processor like SD855 or SD845? 730G is nothing in front of SD845 in terms of gaming performance. 120Hz will just give smooth scrolling but who idiot pays for just smooth scrolling? I am sorry poco your poco x2 will be a flop show this time. People will better buy Realme X2 rather then buying poco x2.

Excellent product design Excellent color (I ordered Atlantis blue). Be careful of the backside. Excellent display and touch response Though battery drain is high, Battery life is excellent due to better optimization, higher battery capacity, and selective screen refresh rate. (In extreme use along with 1-2 hour of gaming, battery last a whole day) Battery charges in a maximum of 1 hr and 25min from 0 to 100 Excellent stock camera results. Blog mode in video mode is a killer. You can get better results in other third-party camera apps, too. If one wants to buy go for a 256GB variant because image size in 64MP is quite high and will occupy more space.

Worth buying mobile with 120Hz refresher rate at this price. You will get premium feel while using. Highly recommended for those want a multipurpose mobile phone. It's all in one package. Don't think, definitely go for it. Highly Recommended. Value for money. The Purple Colors looks so professional. I loved it. I have compared with Samsung M31/Mi 9 Pro Max, POCO beats both in terms of performance, camera, premium feel even battery performance. POCO X2 wins here.

Pros: Best camara in this price range. Fast charging.. Fully charged approximately in 80min. Cons: Hybrid sim slot. Color options. No black or white option is there.
