LG 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (LSA5NP3A) User Reviews and Ratings

I write this review starting with the delivery of the product. The product was delivered on time as promised and utmost care has been taken to deliver the product by ekart Logistics.I have received a product which was manufactured recently dated 9th March,2015 (both Outdoor and Indoor) and both of the them are in a good shape/condition. Regarding Installation, I have received a call from Flipkart once the product was delivered but i preferred to get it done by calling the LG Customer Care No upon which they have registered a service request and redirected to a LG Service Center located near by my area.I would say this is the best option rather than getting it installed by a third party because LG technicians seems to be be professional at work and they do have a right installation kit.I would also recommend to purchase a V-Guard VG 400 stabilizer along with this product to avoid voltage fluctuations and this can sustain a capacity of up-to 1.5 ton. In regard to performance, this product comes with awesome features namely E-Saver mode (Energy saving option), Himalaya Cool (Cools your room within 5 min and operates at 16 deg Cen), Monsoon Mode (useful during high humidity), Auto Clean (useful to remove bacteria present in the filters), Timer ON/OFF, Sleep Mode, Sweat Dreamz mode (display on the Indoor unit will be turned off with a single button on the remote thus giving you more comfort during sleep), Fan Mode, Auto Operation, Room Temperature Display, Set/Clear button and Reset Button. Overall I am happy with the product in terms of pricing and the features provided.

delivery as stated by flipkart in good condition .it was installed the next day and te process was smooth they charged me extra for the extra copper wire which was required in my case. saved a lot of money . the ac works nicely, itcools my room in just 10 mins completely..i would suggest to buy it . thumbs up flipkart and LG . thank you...

I have been using this AC for past 6 months. Cools fast and is not very loud. Decent buy at 26.5k and plus i got 3000 cashback from my credit card so it was a very good purchase.

I purchased this AC because of its Brand and secondly I was getting good deal from Flipkart. Flipkart delivered the AC within two days and was installed on same date of delivery. Excellent service by Flipkart. Flipkart rocks!

Excellent ly working even after 3 years.

Cooling is excellent in no time but swing function is poor as in other lg models .cost around 27500 .price is low as compared to showroom . Just go for it..ad fitting charge is around one thousand only outside.

you can not expect anything more in this budget.Probably best ac in this price range.Nice cooling capacity,low indoor noise.5 star from my end. as always 5star to flipkart also for their customer support,product.Flipkart is always my preferred list for online purchase.

If you are looking to beat the heat this summer, then dont go any further and just pick this one up. As usual delivered in time by Flipkart on Saturday and got it installed on a Sunday (co-ordinated by Flipkart guys, I dint make a single call to do the installation booking). Coming to the AC's performance, so far its an awesome experience, it cools in flat 5 minutes in the hottest time of the day and the compressor is super quite. I have kept the compressor on my window and I cant hear a thing inside when its running full speed. Only downside is the the wiring that came along, its hardly 2 metres, LG thinks the customer gets an intuition to buy wires on his own because the installation guy clearly says its not his task to do an electrical job.

I am using this AC for one week for my 16x12 room on the top floor facing north west. This AC is awesome and really cools the room in about 15 mins during noon time. I had done the installation from LG which cost me 2700 (1500 for standard, 750 for angular bracket , 450 for taping). Flipkart as usual at its level best in delivering the AC in less than 24 hrs and also arranged for the installation but I personally preferred to do it from LG. Flipkart installation guys are also very prompt and were charging less than LG guys. Regarding the AC, I cannot comment on its durability and long term performance because its only a week old but the performance as of now is of the top-notch. Pros: 1. Cooling capacity is very good at 5175W and it cools the room super fast 2. Looks are good 3. Shows accurate room temperature in remote 4. Air flow very good and different fan speed are there, specially the chaos mode. 5. Timer and temperature based controls are perfect. 6. Vertical Airswing is automatic but the horizontal air swing is to be done manually 7. Remote control is compact and easy to use. Has fluorescent buttons on it, so visible in dark. 8. It has bright, simple digital display at bottom right corner for showing set temperature and on/off modes. 9. After sale service from LG and Flipkart very good. Cons: 1. Little bit noisy 2. Horizontal air swing is not there 3. Electricity consumption is high at 1615W 4. Aluminium based condenser, so not sure about its durability and long term performance.

I Purchased this product in April 2015. It is good product. It is cooling room in 15 mins. HC cool mode is awesome. After 1 day of receiving AC , flipkart sent people for installation. They charged 2200 (1700(regular charge 500 (additional if you have RCC wall))) for installation . Overall I am happy with product. Thanks, Nayan

Good product at this prive

Flipkart delivery was quick and product works pretty well. Flipkart sheduled installation for me and I asked for a specific date which was entertained by the installation company. Only thing is the price of the wall mounting brackets and drain pipe that they are charging. It is pretty higher than market price. But I heard all installation companies having this problem. Since I was under the impression that installation will be done by LG I called up LG customer care number to inquire about the installation. Firstly the person who answered the call did not seem to be happy that I bought it on flipkart. He rudely said flipkart is not an authorized seller and i need to contact them. I dont know what it means but by any means no customer care associate is allowed to talk to customers so rudely. Hope LG will read this feedback and take appropriate action - unless they hardly care about the customers.

The delight I had when I purchased this product and after I received it soon disappeared when I had to deal with the installation vendor. The product itself is good and the price made it better. Delivery by Flipkart was prompt and exceeded expectation. But this was all ruined by the installation vendor that was appointed by Flipkart. They not only failed to do the installation on the day they promised but also delayed it further by 2 days giving different reasons each time when I called to follow up. They were unprofessional and made promises that they did not keep. Further more when I called Flipkart to complain about this and requested to send different technician, i was told that I will get a call back 2 days later which did not happen. I then get a message that it will take 2 more days for them to get back to me on this. In the meantime the same unprofessional technician showed up and completed the installation. What good was it to call customer care and complain about it? What can you do now when it is already done and nothing was done when I complained? To add to the disappointing experience, the rate that was charged for the installation was more than what I expected. Overall, my experience was very disappointing with the service from Flipkart!! By the way I am still waiting for Flipkart to get back to me regarding my complaint.

I am using this product for past 2 months. It is really giving a very good performance so far. Best to use this would be use "Himalaya Cool" for 15 mins and then maintain a moderate temperature like 24-25 deg to keep electricity consumption moderate. Internal noise is not much. Best is the service of LG. Within 2hrs of a call from a customer, the technician gives a return call. Overall I must say I am satisfied.
