Unit is not working as per the bare minimum of my expectation, so I would request a refund. Device is way to slow and takes almost 4 to 5 mins to start. Working on basic applications like excel and word is too tedious as majority of the time am hoping for the device to respond sitting back on my desk like an ideal yogic.I would be glad if the amazon.in can accept this request and call in for collection of the unit.

I have not seen a laptop hanging so much. Whenever I try to take online classes, the screen freezes. And after sometimes it turns black. Sometimes the control key also doesn't respond. I cannot operate task manager without the control function. This is the worst product of HP I have ordered so far.

Pathetic slow laptop. Wasted my money.

Very dissatisfied, Performance is low, speed is low overall not good and made with very delicate.
