A worst incompetent mobile phone, disappointed to have it from SAMSUNG. I did not go with the reviews for this mobile, believing samsung is a brand, they will not be so poor or worst than a chinese mobile. Made in India, is the only entitle that we can appreciate, but over-all the phone 1. Heats 2. Discharges very faster 3. Takes more than 4-5 hours to charge completely 4. Call connectivity is worst (so far comparing with my previous ph) 5. No proper Video or Music player 6. No speed dial or google lens app for object detection 7. No screen gestures 8. Photo clarity is better than VGA 9. Out door screen brightness goes dull it does not show brighter, so u will have to rush to shade 10.Amazon is also loosing its credentials by not accepting return of this product Samsung's R&D team should be sacked completely if samsung really wants to compute in the market.

I wish I was allowed to use abused language against SAMSUNG, in reviewing this mobile phone. I am using a basic android version ph from VIVO which performs greatly, now that I bought this worst phone, I regret I will never or ever think of SAMSUNG again. What really annoys me ? or will annoy anybody else if they will use this mobile phone? 1. It takes half a day to complete charging and drains faster. Imagine, you will end up only using the phone for charging. (Note: I am using the phone only for calls, msg, whats-up and youtube) 2. The phone's auto-brightness does not work when u r outdoor? So it's a shame when u have to run to an indoor for operating phone. 3. Its actually giving us headache while using the phone in 3G mode just for 15- 20 mins using it. I had chosen only 3G though and not opted for 4G because of its worsen radiation. 4. The phone can melt a butter to GHee for sure if u are using the phone continuously for 15 -20 minutes for any application 5. The phone gets locked according to the lock time, even if you are using it in hand, ( sometimes it does not do it) 6. Phone clarity is worst, i would remind you of VGA just upgrading 7. There is no a) gesture feature b) speed dial c) mobile data speed meter or data used details d) there is no cloud back-up of samsung, just like Vivo cloud account e) Custom ring tone for each person 8) Google LENS's actual features are not supporting, only takes phone for language translation Over-all I have the feeling I made a big mistake by just going with the brand name, however the mobile has received only 3.2 stars, I should have obeyed on the stars given by users like me. I should have gone with any other Chinese mobile like VIVO or anything which all would have been better than this samsung. I am sure Samsung is getting outdated, even a low cost phone cannot be an option for them to keep its basic function removed to keep the cost down. If they are reading this, it should make them shame about this product and repay all buyers. Finally I recommend not to BUY this mobile phone or think twice buying samsung's phone, they seem to be incompetent and are not innovative, outdated R&D. If you are still wanting to buy, look through OLX, my mobile will be priced 4800 in Chennai.

THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE OPEN ONLY 3 DAYS A WEEK AND THAT TOO ONLY FIRST 25 TOKENS ARE SERVICED ... AND THERE ARE HUGE LINE OF CUSTOMERS WAITING TO SERVICE THEIR PHONES ... HENCE TOKENS ARE NOT GIVEN ... ALL THESE THEY DID NOT TELL BEFORE BUYING PHONE ... AFTER BUYING PHONE, THEY MADE LIFE MISERABLE .... NEVER BUY SAMSUNG MOBILES IN LIFE ... NOKIA IS A BETTER OPTION ....

The phone is worst, overheating a lot. Even serviced at auth serv centre still no use. Feels like throwing it away

I bought this phone hardly 3 months before. Within 45 days the second slim slot issue came and none of sim network working in sim2 slot. So asked for handset replacement , they refused for it and repaired with new mother board since it is in warranty After repaired of 25 days again same issue came. Although entire mother board is changed, but issue there. So I strongly recommend do not buy any Samsung mobiles with low budget that is below 50k. This hopeless samsung people won't worry about low end mobile phone issues.

it has no support for amazon upi and not just that so many BASIC APPS DONT WORK. and if u break screen get ready to pay half of price of phone for its replacement. i dont know why samsung made this phone

It's a very nice phone in this price only the problem is of the battery it charges slowly.
