This phone is very expensive incompare of its performance. I'm very disappointed with Samsung due to this phone It's build quality, this ohon ecomea with Polycarbonate body in Rs.30,000 it's disgusting, This phone has only 4500mah battery when Samsung M30 has 6000mah battery, also Samsung gives 730 Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which is not good because other companies like Nokia gives 865 Qualcomm Snapdragon in new phones, another bad this in this phone is it's fingerprint sensor which is very very bad ever, another this is this phone don't have autofocus mode in camera, I'm very disappointed with this phone I don't recommend this to anyone I also request Samsung developer to make its price low under Rs.20,000 only which is suitable for this phone

Good camera

I bought a71 on 13th oct. Not even a week i had to visit service centre. My mobile gets heated which i showed for them. But they didnt replace it. Very bad. Spent 30k for this worst company. Atleast i needed a replacement after they see my phone getting heated.very bad

I have had my Samsung galaxy A71 for 6 months now so I feel comfortable in reviewing it. I have no complaints to make, it hasn't missed a beat and does everything that I ask of it admirably. It might not have all the bells and whistles of a flagship handset but it has a decent specification that does what I require. I used to make a point of keeping completely up-to-date with the latest flagship Samsung galaxy handset but I realised how unnecessarily expensive it had become and grew tired of being treated like a cash cow. The A71 is very good value for money and it's going to stay with me until my upgrade in 18 months time,as long as nothing goes wrong. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new phone

Display, performance, battery,camera and overall all things are very good.. I am very much happy to bought this model.. and software update is upto date.. I think it is best model... And better than a72 I think...except screen refresh rate..bcz a72 have 90hz display..

It has battery issues and 5% is draining over night. I've enabled dark mode on my phone. And while scrolling through Instagram or any other app I can see that when the black region in the photo moves it leaves behind a blue/navy tint. The same is true when swiping the photos in gallery and other places as well.The main thing is battery issue..

It's expensive ,but camera is very bad. Not worthy to that price.

The sensor that cuts out the touchscreen during a call is located at a position at the left of the front cam and it doesn't work properly. Every call the screen comes on and the call either goes on mute or it gets converted as a video call. Useless phone. Too heavy to handle and causes hand fatigue. What use are 4 cameras when you cannot get a clear focus of some document u try to snap? You have to do trial and error before u get a perfect pic and evenbthen most times u wonder if it's clicked or not. DONT BUY THIS PHONE. It's design is faulty and it's performance pathetic. My money is wasted. I may not buy a Samsung phone ever again. Why do you have to take a perfectly located sensor and push it to the left of the screen. Nuts!

The phones screen cracked a week ago. I was removing it from the car cradle. It slipped out, fell one and a half feet maybe. Hit the plastic cup holder and cracked near the camara. I was in a Otterbox and had the protective screen on. This is my second A71 since November 20, 2020. It was in a different case and screen protector that was rated higher then the Otterbox. It fell 4 feet flat on a hardwood floor and cracked as well. The phone works great. However, I'm very disappointed in the structural integrity. I've had a Samsung Galaxy 8 for years and accidentally dropped it in a Body Glove case, it bounced twice on a cement floor and had no challenges. The Galaxy 8 has been in 12 states. The A71, 4 months, 2 phones... I'm trying to stay loyal. However, I'm out of loyalty and money. Now I have to baby this phone for months to save to find something.

WORST WIFI CONNECTIVITY/ NO SOLUTION IS BEING GIVEN BY SAMSUNG, DONT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT. Every day I try to connect wifi, but it shows internet not available . my all 3 mobiles work fine and 2 laptops work fine, but this samsung mobile has many inbuilt apps like bixby which neither are uninstalled nor stopped and behave wrong. ever after factory reset they are not removed. there is no solution given by samsung. so I recommend not to buy any samsung mobile. I am just fed up with this mobile.

Phone performance is good. It doesn't heat and charging is super fast.But camera is real poor. Captured a pink bed sheet which looked gray. Whereas oppo f11 captured life like colour. Grow up samsung. No need to enhance megapixels, just improve lens quality.

It is a wonderful phone. The experience has been pretty much overwhelming and I'm really enjoying the handset.Pros:1. The screen is absolutely gorgeous to look at. I have seen other AMOLED panels from Xiaomi, Realme and even OnePlus but none match this one.2. The performance is pretty good. It feels snappy, no lag or crashes anywhere. Every app opens in a jiffy and there is no hang anywhere. I have also played Call of Duty and Asphalt quite heavily and they ran at the highest visual settings while maintaining very good fps.3. The camera is the best in class. Anyone eyeing at A71 would already be knowing that it has best camera in a phone below the 30k price. I am really surprised how well the cameras(both the front and back) work, even in low-light. With gcam mod installed, it performs extremely well. The photos are rich, detailed, sharp and contrasty. The portrait mode also works very nice. No issues whatsoever.4. Battery life is good. No issues there. Easily lasts me over a day with moderate gaming, heavy movie watching and using other apps.The fast charge is also quite handy and time saving.5. The overall build is very sturdy yet pretty slender and sleek. Even though the back is made of mostly plastic, you won't be able to tell. It looks gorgeous and the benefit of a glastic back is that the glass won't shatter if it falls.6. The audio through the audio jack is very very good. The included earphones are a bonus. I wasn't expecting them and to my surprise they sound very good, slightly better than the Realme bluetooth earphones. So, no complaints here.7. Having used stock android, zen ui, miu ui and colour os I can firmly say that Samsung's One UI is better than all of them. Obviously it is not as fast as a stock android but the difference is so small I guess you wouldn't even be able to discern it. The OS is very intuitive, easy to use and many functionalities are added which make it probably one of the best android implementation I have seen.Cons:1. The on-screen fingerprint reader takes getting used to. It is not as fast as a non on-screen one and sometimes fails to recognise. Overall, it is good, just requires getting used to. However, it could be improved through software patch. Samsung, if you are reading this, kindly address it.2. The speaker on the phone is okay. For a 30k phone, the speakers are not justified.So overall it is a wonderful device and I would recommend that if your budget allows, it is definitely worth a try. Sure, there are better specd phones out there for the same or lower price but do they provide you the experience you get with Samsung? No, not even close. Also, inspite of the market rage, I am still not a fan of Chinese brands like Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, etc. So it is also a factor which urged me over to Samsung.I hope you found my review useful.

My experience: Super Battery backup Good fast charging Big display Good speacker Very good build quality and design Camera and video quality is fine No one can beat samsung Amoled display, excellent display quality. Just change some settings for more clarity on Samsung phones. Go to Setting-Display-Change to vivid mode from natural. And adjust white balance to cool (zero level, left end) then go to advanced mode below and adjust white balance RGB. R and G adjust just to 2 point. Blue adjust to full level. Then check the display colour especially white colour. You can feel the change. I can feel only feel one negative point that was the price. But just think its Samsung and its perfomance and quality for years ❤

Hi friend got this device 3 months back but now fast charger is not working... Samsung is a worst brand it term of service and products I have come across many issues with samsung Electronics products. This mobile is really worst in terms of price. Kindly dont go it it's my honest review...

The mobile has a defect and looks like manufacturing defect.. we opened the packet after 4-5 days as its COVID time.. after inserting the SIM and when I start dialing, I realized there is dim green florescent dot light keep blinking in top ..Pls arrange to replace before I need to take some action.. although time to replace is lapsed by 2 days

I am using this phone for last 7 days and sharing experience.I'm not a heavy user, I use phone for social media and streaming.I didn't face any lag. Interface is really good.Pictures taken from camera are processed one means not natural. So if you like processed images to upload on social media.Also it has knox security, altZlife , NFC like features.So in conclusion it's a phone for business purpose.

The overall performance of product is very good.But the battery life can be improved.

Have been using the phone for 2 weeks now. It's an awesome device. Screen is amazing bright and clear. Battery lasts for a day or so. Performance is good as 730 could perform at anything that I threw at it. Camera performance is also at par with this price range. All in all its worth every penny spend. I am totally satisfied with the performance after shifting from a one plus phone. Camera is much better than one plus gives. Shifting my loyalty to Samsung phones back again.

Under 30k it is the best samsung phone. Display & Camera(super dynamic range)is just amazing. Battery backup is quite good (I get 1.5 day easily in normal usage).Phone doesn't heat too much. Overall performance is good. The one ui 2.1 is rocking with many cool features and better than Chinese phone's ui. A nice phone from Samsung which is worth the price. Battery life can be better. Display is crisp which is typical to most Samsung panels. Camera has been brilliant and the single take feature is is very useful too!
