Pls edit the android version information because the android version is 8.1 Oreo. Overall performance is fine better than mi go. I'm using it.

I bought two Samsung A2 Core phones about a week ago. One is okay but the other has the sim 2 slot not accepting a sim card. This becomes very discouraging.

The reason for giving 4 star rating is, even though the phone is good, but the sound is low (even though I have made the volume to maximum using both the volume control button and also from setting. During WhatsAPP video call the incoming sound volume is so low, it cannot be used for video calling at all

I bought tha phone for my mother whom I will be leaving for a month, so that I could do a video call with her. The phone came defective, wouldn't charge and wouldn't switch on either. When i asked for replacement as I was about to leave in 3 days, they said its against policy. The only option was replacement and that also after the defect was verified by their technician. And the slot for the technician to come n check was after 3 days. i asked them if they could make an exception and hurry up as I was leaving soon. Their only answer was no. Ultimately, I had to buy another phone from a nearby shop and I the money i spent on Amazon was a conplete waste.

Phone sound is very less

Sound is very low. Speaker is at the back side. We can hear only if the volume is at MAX. Even a slight decrese in volume would go so low and can hardly hear. Dissatisfied with the volume/Audio. Otherwise rest is good.
