I have purchased Redmi 32 inches TV a month before. TV is having hanging issue after using it for 20 days, I have raised a ticket and the technician visited my house and he said it is having board issue so they have changed the board, after using the product with new board for one week, now the TV is having starting issue, we are not getting display for 30 Minutes to 1 hour. I strongly recommend not buy MI TV you better add some more money and buy some other products. It was not even 2 months since I brought this TV and I'm facing so many issues with the TV. This product doesn't deserve not even a single star.

I had a display problem in my TV and it is within warranty time and raised a complaint. we had the technician visiting our place and said he has order for display once received we will get it fixed. It is being now 30 days no response to call and no one is answer in the customer service. they say backend team will get to me. until now no one called and shared the status of the complaint. Dont know if i got to wait for it or just throw it to the scrap.

PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Waste of money. Non user friendly. Very very slow. 60 seconds minimum to display open and another 20 seconds to open an app.Often gets hangup and keep buffing every time. Worst Technic used in this product. Picture quality nice but blur often.

The 4k videos are like real life experience. Sound is not good but since I am using surround system, it's better. There is issue with 5.1 output via earc HDMI port but it's still manegable so there are no other issues.Interface is good so far and apps are getting loaded without any issues.

One of the best smart TV you can get right now in market. TV comes with all the latest features such as Android 11, Patchwall 4.0, Dolby atmos etc. Don't believe in negative reviews as in so many order one of the tv got broken so it is just rare case. Delivery of TV is smooth and fast and installation service is also seamless. although they charge 399/- Rs for wall mount stand. I suggest you to go for this product if you're getting this tv upto Rs 15000/-. I got this tv in 13999/- after applying some discounts. You'll not regret this buy.
