Onida 43 FHD - Fire TV Edition User Reviews and Ratings

I had the misfortune of buying this FIRE TV from ONIDA on March 2021. I have a pathetic experience with this Firetv. The TV worked properly for 6 months only and then had a panel problem. ONIDA after a lot of followups changed the panel (after almost 1 months of complaining) under warranty. Now within 12months of purchase, the same problem has come up Since warranty is expired, there is no support from the customer care. It is not expected from Onida to use cheap components to prepare a TV. I would highly recommend not to waste your hard earned money on this set. I expected better products and service from ONIDA, but certainly very disappointed.

I Bought Onida Fire tv edition in Jan 2021 after i purchase exact one year tv screen came problem i fight service Center in change that screen to replace they not provide good service and after replace also now 7 th month same problem received now service Center ask money i compliment July 28th but still they not come check this type worst biheviour i am seen any one actually am from mysore worst service in mysore, i suggest no one buy Onida this is worst product worst company & worst service

i like this very much, i used this one from last moth very nice good sound, picture, clarity also no any issuesi have used this as 2nd tv, computer moniter, also both are good and very useful

Assembling was easy for me.. and the TV works great.. bought it for my Mom who's 70 years.. she can just give commands by voice instead of searching buttons.. that's the best part.. for ex: Alexa switch on TV, Alexa play "Paaru" serial in Zee 5.. it's amazing

A steal deal at this price and the Fire OS is just too smooth which is the biggest plus point of this tv. Picture quality is also very good.

I love the picture quality, and the sound isn't shrill the way I'd expected after reading other reviews here. But most of all, I adore the super efficient interface. My biggest hesitation about buying a TV was how complicated navigating the UI would be. But FireTv is clearly made for laziest TV watchers ever. Everything is barely one flick away, or there's always Alexa to find it for you. XD

My initial review of Onida tv is that it's really a great model. I chose this specifically for a smoother user experience as I had bought it for my parents and somehow the default Android experience is not really smooth and responsive even on premium models. The fire tv interface gives me the best of both the world's.Picture and audio quality is superb and as expected for 32 inch..loud enough for my 10x12 room. I am happy with this purchase so far

Before purchasing I was totally confused which brand to buy. Either go for established brands or new and less known brands.Finally I settled with Onida primararily because its an Indian company.Now to compare with Sony which I already have at my home I can comment the followingPros - good picture quality, amazing smart tv with most of the pre installed apps and Alexa is the best feature.Most imp- after i received tv it was installed within 5 hours. -5 starts to thatCons -Biggest problem is the usb and hdmi ports are behind TV so if you are planing to use it you will have to pull the tv down because its not on side area that you can use it.And like most of the tvs screen mirroring not possible with Apple. All other mobiles work well.
