This is not a fault of flipkart dear ots a product default coz I and my friend and one of my cousin had buy samsung m31 last year from the samsung shop near our house not together but we three buy a same model of ₹18,500 but now after use of 11month it start hanging and shutting down atleast 20times a dayand one day it shut down I went to service center but warranty was over so they said that it will cost 8-9000 now I'm using my old sony xa1 phone today we can't trust any phone So it is the fault of mobile company dear

Bad performance, lags a lot. Hanging is very much and unable to replace. Flipkart experience is not as it was in earlier days. Please don't buy mobile phones from flipkart.
