The international brand Mobile TeleSystems OJSC ("MTS") came to India in 2006. TS and Shyam Telelink Limited, JSFC Sistema's telecommunications subsidiary in India, announced the agreement to allow Shyam Telelink to use MTS brand in India. MTS sells USB Internet dongles in India, some of which are Wi-Fi enabled. It also sells some MTS branded smartphones in the country. MTS's latest mobile launch is the Galaxy A57 5G. The mobile was launched in 25th March 2026. The phone comes with a 6.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2340 pixels by 1080 pixels.
