Good Refrigerator. Would have liked a shiny or a glossy material on the sides as well similar to the door (This is only for look tough, the material used on the sides looks good). But, overall a good purchase. I may update the feedback after a month of usage. Received the product on the next day of the order and the installation & demo happened on time. Thanks flipkart ?

Hi, This is a 3 star products. What is the model number of this product? and how much electricity it is consuming? Is it consuming more electricity because of 3 star rating?

I ordered this refrigerator on flipkart and it was scheduled to be delivered by 13th May. On the day I received a mail that the product has been delivered with me having not received it! I contacted customer care and they said it will be delivered in another 3-4 days. The status on the website also changed to delivered! Now I can't track the status of delivery on the website anymore neither can I cancel the order. I have asked for return of the product.

No call from samsung regarding installation

The product looks good, however, don't count on the free installation/demo service promised by Flipkart. It has been over 5 days since my product was delivered and till date I have only received phone calls from the Jeeves representative inquiring whether we faced any issue while installing the refrigerator. No installation assistance or demo provided. Further, Flipkart has gone ahead and cancelled the installation without even checking with the customer.

Cannot comment about the product, but I can guarantee about flipkart that they will 200% cheat you as they are there to give mental Stress & harassment to the customers
