Product deliverd very fast. But don't know about installation date. No information from Flipkart

AC is great. Brings down room temperature from 27�C to 18�C in 30 minutes. Has a inbuilt stablizer. Consumes 3-4 kwh units for 8 hours running per day which makes it quite economical. Flipkart installation was quite pathetic . They took 6 hours to install and then the gas starts leaking. Next day an expert came from Flipkart and fixed it in 1 hour. Good AC but it is expensive​. Energy consumption wise hardly there is any difference with a five star rating AC.

Product exactly as described. Came in Spic & Span condition. Delivery 1 day before time. Installation also 2 days before time. Called Jeeves to expedite the installation from Monday to Saturday & they did it. Ac cools properly and is sufficient for a 130 - 150 sq. feet room. Note:- In case you want to get it installed by the LG guys, simply give them a call on LG Customer Centre No. and they will install it. The charge for installation is same by Jeeves & LG 1500/-. Probably go with LG then.

I paid the installation charge, but not happy as de asked me to pay T.A and I paid the amount without a receipt.

Delivered the product at midnight 12.30. I have waited for this product from morning but they have delivered this on midnight, I don't expect this type of Service from Flipkart....

Installation people was not good responding they charged 2300 for installation charges but not satisfied water pipe not currently installed water is leaking from ac Indore unit I called them but not responded

I had purchased this AC in April and has been heavily using it since then. It's a great product Pros:- Very silent operation. Hardly hears anything. Highly energy efficient. Running it for 9-10 hrs a day consumes 6-7 units ( tentative,not confirmed). Huge cost saving in monthly electricity bill .. I am saving at least 1500/- a month! Flipkart service delivery and installation. Fast service and very quick installation. Though local guys came for installation and not from LG, but they did a decent job including foam/water testing for leakage post installation. Cons:- Takes a bit of time to cool the room. Fast cooling mode helps but still slow to cool.. may be because of smaller 1.0 ton capacity. Recently, seeing small water leakage from indoor unit.. will ask LG and see.. Overall happy with the unit Thanks for reading

Product Delivered in Time and good packing. Although the date of manufacturing was from April 2017. Wish could have been more new. Installation done by LG within 4 days of receipt of product.

writing review solely based on installation experience, had to wait over 10 days to get the AC installed from LG.wanted to raye 1 but value for money and good product quality changed my mind.

Flipkart show the product on its app, but didn't bother with his seller that it is available or not. I got the call from flipkart seller that the product is not available, and I will get different product for which I have to pay 1000 extra. I called flipkart customer initially they say I need not to pay money. But when I again call they said I have to pay money. Dicy nature of flipkart customer care.

It took 25 days for me to use my A.c. from the date of delivery. People who came for install were not experts and they screwed up my A.c. during install. Returned the same and got a new one and install was done properly. On top of it install guy cheated us with the clamp and copper pipe.

Installation was not done properly. Within couple of months foul smell started coming from the AC as due to bad installation.
