Good laptop

These are my observations after 2 months of usage. I bought this laptop from the HP website and not Amazon.Cons:1. The laptop is quite slow. You will have to upgrade it to atleast an 8 GB as soon as you get it if you want to do any thing other than work on documents.2. Num lock does not have a light on it so you will take some time to getting used to numeric pad on the right.3. The cursor keys are very small and most of the time you will end up pressing other buttons. Same is the case with the Enter key as well.4. There is no separate button to turn Wi-Fi and bluetooth on/off. You have to do it from windows.5. pg/up and pg/dwn buttons are located at the corner on the top right so you have to constantly move your hand all the way there when you are using the mousepad.6. Mouse pad is nice but the left/right buttons are a bit hard to press. It will need some getting used to.7. Speakers are not that loud and moreover they are located at the bottom so if you using it when you are sitting on your bed or placing it on your lap, the sound gets reduced even more. (I don't know why would someone even want speakers at the bottom).8. It feels a bit heavy which i already knew it would since they have mentioned that its 2.1 Kgs. But this is not an issue for me since I am not going to be carrying it around.9. Power and HDD activity lights are located on the right side where the USB and other connectors are. You have to constantly either pick the laptop or move down to the right to see if there is any HDD activity going on. Same for the battery charging light which is on the opposite side.10. It does not support 802.11ac mode for wifi. But not too many people have a wifi router capable of this band. So it should be fine with your current router.Pros:1. The build quality is very good.2. The glossy look on the lid gives it an exquisite finish.3. The screen display is also very good.4. The battery life is excellent. Gives me a little over 3 hrs now. But that's bound to change since the battery is still brand new.5. Silent operation.6. They quality of the buttons on the keyboard are good.7. You get Windows and Office for this price which is a very good deal.8. It has keys for brightness control, volume control including mute, and airplane modeConclusion. If the cons don't bother you much, i would definitely recommend this laptop for this cost. A word of advice though, please check your laptop for any physical damages as soon as you get it. I have a small dent right on top of my keyboard but its not very noticeable so i didnt ask for a replacement. You might want to check your thoroughly though.Hope that helps!

Camera quality is worst left side speaker is not working very worst product you have gave only 10days replacement after 2 weeks i had this problem very very worst....

This model doesn?t comes with CD Drive and the worst thing is Amazon didn?t even mentioned the same
