Missing carry bag

:-The included components described with this product were laptop and carry bag but i haven't received this carry bag along with the laptop. I want this accessory delivered as soon as possible. Amazon is so irresponsible in delivering the products.

Got this laptop yesterday and even after charging 3 hours, laptop is not working on battery and to operate, it must be continuously on charging mode. Called Amazon. They said they will send a technician to look at the matter.Very disappointed. Both Amazon & Asus.
