• Good product but not good in battery

  I purchase this mobile last month. What ever they claimed in specification of this mobile was ok.except battery. They claimed that battery is of 5000 mAh & it will long last. I basically purchased this mobile for long life battery . But after using more ten 20 days battery life not as per specification. If you continiuos use inernet baterry will difuse after 6 hours.

• Good but i have many confusions with it.

  When trying to download apps, i go to my file manager, and there it shows that i have 700MB remaining, but if i try to download an app of only 63MB, it says insufficient storage available, so what i did was get myself an SD card with a storage of 16GB, when i downloaded some apps, it all went smoothly and i still had a lot of space left on my phone, but after i downloaded another app, it once again said insufficient storage available but when i checked on my file manager, it showed that i had 12.98 GB left. Please help. Also,according to this website, there are more updated versions of vivo correct? However, if I go to system update in Settings, it says that it is the most latest version. Please help.

• Not satisfied with this phone

  I have bought this phone before one month. This phone is not user friendly. Processor is slow. Back camera is not good. I will not recommend this phone to any one.

• I really liked the slide down fingerprint icon to display the notification and con you improve it here are my idea.

  (I really liked the slide down fingerprint icon to display the notification.) But can you guys can improve it like slide left or right to move around the home screen and double tap to enable to go up,down, left and right on the same home screen page and single tab to choose an app and double tap again to enable going left and right on the home screen, and when you touch the screen it will automatically disable staying on the same home screen,and by double tap on fingerprint icon in social media (eg, instagram, Facebook, YouTube,twitter etc) to enable scoring and same control for selecting a video or a picture etc. It will be fun and cool to use the fingerprint scanner to move around the home screen,and during the time of the covid-19 it will be safe because you will be touching your mobile less. Can you guys please add this function. Hope you are doing great bye. I will be waiting patiently for the next update.
