MI BAND 5 RECEIVED YESTERSAY AND SINCE THEN I AM STRIGGLING TO SWITCH ON THE DEVICE. I HAVE KEPT ON CHARGE FIRST FOR ALMOST 3 HOURS. ITS SIMPLY DONT SWITCH ON. PATHETIC PRODUCT OR FAULTY DEVICE SENT. OVERALL ITS IRRITATING

Sleep tracking is spot on, it could use more sports modes, though one can track calorie burn using "freestyle".7 days actual battery life with all features enabled and heart rate monitoring at every minute.Definite bang for buck.
