  I had purchase whirlpool double door fridge neo fresh non convertible on 19-January-2023, yesterday morning when i open my fridge door cooling is not proper in fridge area, so i shutdown the switch from board and again start up the fridge, & wait for 1.5 hours but after that time i open door and show in fridge water is not cooling , i complain to retailer who has i purchase the fridge, retailer complain to customer complain center, company person come at my home he check the fridge and find out the problem, he ask us the timer parts is not working, company person talk with company spars division but this timer parts not available in our location, ( Nadiad, kheda dist, gujarat ) he ask me sir when i take this parts from our company i complete your fridge problem,
