Warranty Claim of OnePlus Y Series 108 cm (43 inches)

I am forced to write this email after prolonged unprofessional and unethical behavior from your customer care and service team. I have been treated very badly which had hurt my feelings and emotions.
Plz read my entire lines in stages;
1. I have been using Samsung TV for last 5 Years, then suddenly oneplus TV, its features came appealing. I decided to buy oneplus TV. I sold off my Samsung and ordered a OnePlus Y Series 108 cm (43 inches) TV through Amazon on 17.10.2020. I received the TV on 19.10.2020. Your installation team installed it on 20.10.2020 and everything was fine till then.
2. I along with entire family went to my native place i.e, Bhubaneswar on 21.10.2020 & returned on 05.11.2020. The TV was working fine and was amazing.
3. On 17.11.2020 at around 8 pm in evening the picture & screen started changing its colour and within a span of 15 min , half of the screen went black and other half went pink.
From that day onwards i have been trying to claim for warranty of my TV , but with no avail. i have talked to your customer care and chatted with customer care too on every day but no one seems to be moving. Its really very painfull and hurts.
Further No technician has visited my place till date to diagnosis the problem and a wrong report of problem with remote to be changed have been logged. I have shared my problem many times with your customer service team but to no avail.
Everyone just tells me that we have escalated it on highest priority, but no steps are taken.
I am really helpless and dont know what i am suppose to do ?

I will not recommend One Plus LED to anyone as after buying you have to chase service team for installation if you get it installed from somewhr else warranty will be void. I am chasing from last 5 days to install but they are not bothered.. I am feeling very bad that after buying i have to wait for installation and if installation service is that bad how we can trust if some problem arise... As per their behaviour thy will not come to even check

This tv 📺 is perfect and one plus doesn?t need any marketing stunt and this tv price is perfect compare to other tv brands and picture quality is perfect 🤩And yes Sony Bravia also comes close to this but I would like to go with one plus value for money 😊

Absolutely beauty! Amazing design, Crisp & immersive display, Good built quality with almost no bezels at all, Clean and responsive Oxygen OS. I had gifted one to my mom and she loved it as well!
