Poor product quality, unresponsive Kodak after sales

DontBuy. Kodak43SmartLED, bought 28Dec2021, screen develops spots end-Jan2022. Kodak says this is internal damage and not covered under warranty, will replace TV at 80% price, should have raised concerns on installation. Buyers are not experts who can identify faults that can develop into product problems later. Amazon says they could have accepted product returns within 7 days but this issue is beyond the period and that the buyer should ?negotiate? with Kodak. This is the scam. Faulty products, no recourse. Not worth buying Kodak and facing such problems. Cant rely on brand names for quality and after-sales.
